|Payment Terms||Invoice payment terms are NET 10th PROX. Due on the 10th of the month following the date of the invoice. Past due on the 11th. An interest charge of 1-1/2% per month will be charged for late payment.|
All shipments are F.O.B. our warehouse in Los Angeles. UPS and Parcel Post shipments are prepaid with freight charges added to the invoice. Truck, boat, and air shipments are freight collect.
Orders shipped to the Continental 48 States totaling $500.00 or more, freight may be deducted if the invoice is paid within terms.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Guam, and Hawaii totaling $500.00 or more, 5% discount may be taken from the merchandise total if invoice is paid within terms.
Calwestern reserves the right to use the carriers of its choice for any $500.00 "Prepaid Freight Terms" order. Special handling or requested shipping methods voids the prepaid freight terms.

If you are listed in Dun and Bradstreet, credit can be established in a short period of time. If not listed in D & B, credit references are required to open an account. Accounts that take over 60 days to remit payment will be placed on stop shipment until the past due balances are paid. All transactions are C.O.D. until satisfactory credit information is obtained. You may use your American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa for any purchase over $20.00.
Prices and terms are subject to change without notice. Price changes are effective on a specific date and all orders placed after that date will be billed at the new price. Orders with deferred shipping dates will be billed at the price in effect at the time of shipment. No rebates or refunds will be allowed because of a price decline.
In case of damage or shortage, notify the delivering carrier at once and file a claim promptly. On UPS shipments, notify the driver of damage to goods on your next delivery day.
An RGA number for the return must be obtained prior to the return. The return must be currently cataloged, in original containers, resalable, and not over one year since purchased from Calwestern only. A copy of the original purchase invoice may be requested by Calwestern. Transportation charges must be prepaid to our warehouse. The return will be subject to a 15% handling charge. The credit will be applied only to future purchases. Special ordered items are not returnable. Credits of one year or older will be refunded on request.
